Customers
working in an ISO9000, FDA, or other environment are often
required
to have their process or process equipment
calibrated to a known standard. Ultrasonic
welders may
fall into this category. Branson Ultrasonics Corporation now
offers
these services for 900 and 2000 Series Ultrasonic
Welders.
Factory-trained technicians will calibrate weld
time, hold time, power, pressure,
force, trigger, and distance. On
Advanced power supplies, amplitude and frequency
calibration is
included. Certification is traceable to NIST standards to
ensure
the highest degree of quality and dependability.
Locally-staffed Branson personnel can calibrate
welding equipment, either
on-site or through arrangements
