There's no guesswork with a Branson horn. Whether you are laminating textiles, staking or inserting electrical components, or assembling life support systems in a cleanroom environment, we offer the widest selection of horns available today. Just tell us your application and we will provide the horn that meets your specifications.

Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA),our engineers analyze the most critical factors to design tooling with the best possible combination of acoustical and mechanical properties.

Each Branson horn - whether a standard horn or a custom design - is made of the highest quality materials, designed and tuned to meet the most exacting standards. Basic horns, available from stock, are made in several styles and amplitudes to meet our customers' various requirements. Certain standard "specialized" horns, consisting primarily of large block horns designed for larger parts are also available, as are a number of standard 40 kHz horns based on commonly used sizes.

Basic Horns
For most acoustic tooling applications, these Branson standard horns can be successfully incorporated (right off the shelf) with no modifications needed. They are available in the following configurations: stepped, catenoidal, exponential, rectangular or "bar," circular (solid or hollow), plus tapped horns with threaded tips.

Specialized Horns
We also stock numerous horn blanks (raw stock machined to a specific size and shape, but longer than necessary) that can be final machined and tuned to your exact specifications. We have digitizing capability for contoured parts. In addition, you can order composite horns, vacuum horns, horns with nodally-mounted devices, as well as full-wavelength horns.

Developmental Horns
When you have a specialized or unique application, Branson can develop horns to fit your needs. For example, we have designed horns up to 22 " long, composite horns, and horns with various coatings - ranging from Teflon to military specification hard surfaces. And, we test your custom horn in our applications free of charge.

Call the Branson quote-and-order hotline and talk to an expert. Same-day quotes are given for standard, modified standard, and catalog horns.
